3. Application Process

- False or misleading information will result in application rejection
- Multiple applications with the same phone number are not allowed
- Application approval is at the sole discretion of our management
Approval Timeline
- Applications are typically processed within 24 hours
- We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation
- Approved applicants will receive a unique Application ID
- Joining letters are issued only after successful verification
4. Work Requirements
Work Standards
- All work must meet quality standards specified in guidelines
- Daily work targets must be completed as per schedule
- Materials provided must be used responsibly
- Completed work must be submitted on time for payment processing
Work Environment
- Work must be performed from your registered home address
- Clean and organized workspace is recommended
- No outsourcing or subcontracting of work is allowed
- Work materials cannot be shared with third parties
5. Payment Terms
Payment Structure
- Payments are calculated based on completed work quantity and quality
- Daily payment system: payments processed within 24 hours of work submission
- Payment rates are specified in your joining letter
- Bonus payments may be offered for exceptional performance
Payment Processing
- Payments are transferred directly to your registered bank account
- Bank details must be accurate and verified
- We are not responsible for delays due to banking issues
- Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of transaction
6. Materials and Equipment
Provided Materials
- All work materials are provided free of charge
- Materials remain the property of the company
- Damaged or lost materials must be reported immediately
- Materials must be returned upon contract termination
User Responsibilities
- Maintain materials in good condition
- Use materials only for intended work purposes
- Store materials securely to prevent damage or loss
- Report any material shortages or quality issues promptly
7. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Company business methods and processes
- Work specifications and quality standards
- Payment rates and bonus structures
- Any proprietary information shared during training
- Client information and order details
8. Termination
Termination by Company
We may terminate your employment for:
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Substandard work quality
- Failure to meet work deadlines
- Misuse of company materials
- Providing false information
- Any unethical or illegal activities
Termination by Worker
- You may terminate employment with 7 days notice
- All materials must be returned before termination
- Final payments will be processed within 3 working days
- No termination fees or penalties apply
9. Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing work materials with unauthorized persons
- Outsourcing work to third parties
- Using company information for personal gain
- Creating fake accounts or applications
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
- Harassing other workers or staff members
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including:
- Website content and design
- Training materials and guidelines
- Work processes and methods
- Company logos and branding
- Software and applications
remain the exclusive property of Pencil Packing Jobs and may not be used without permission.
11. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee specific income levels
- Work availability may vary based on demand
- Payment rates are subject to change with notice
- We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control
- Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pencil Packing Jobs shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party service failures
13. Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process
- First attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication
- If unresolved, disputes will be mediated by a neutral third party
- Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in Mumbai courts
- Both parties agree to binding arbitration for major disputes
